The vision of Rohilla's Global Foundation was seen by Mr. Suraj Bhan Rohilla who was the Resident of his native village Barnava, Bhagpat (U.P.). He struggled in his life against casteism. He also faced lot of difficulties to educate his sons. He always wanted to contribute his part of the place where he was born by developing it in any way possible.

He started this by starting an institution of tailoring for needy women because he thought that if a woman is educated she can earn livelihood for herself and the family. He also contributed his part by upliftment of the society and providing free medical camps and distributing free food to the poor and the needy in various ways.
 
He actively participated in all social function and his initiative to help the lowest cast of the society is remarkable. He always appreciated the togetherness in mankind and advised to inculcate healthy habits in society.
